Chaos Holdings, LLC is an independent AI consulting firm; it is separate from Whitwell & Co., LLC and Living Prepared, LLC. Because Chaos Holdings does not provide financial, insurance, or tax services to consumers, it does not maintain a separate client or account-holder privacy notice. This notice governs general use of this website.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, company, the reason you selected, and your message. When you complete the AI & IA Scorecard we collect the answers you choose, your email address, and, if you provide it, your company name.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. It collects usage data such as the pages you view, your approximate location, and your device and browser type, using the cookies listed below. We do not use advertising cookies. Our hosting provider also processes standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, and timestamps, to deliver and secure the site.

- To respond to your inquiry and follow up about our services.
- To generate and, if you request it, email your scorecard result.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use advertising trackers.

- Hosting and delivery. This website is operated on a third-party cloud hosting and content-delivery provider that processes requests and server logs on our behalf.
- Form handling and email. When you submit the contact form or the scorecard, we use Zapier to route your submission and ActiveCampaign for general automation and email, so we can receive and respond to your request.
We share information with these providers only as needed to run the site and handle your request. We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention
We keep the information we collect only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this notice, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
7. Your choices and rights
You can choose not to submit any form on this site, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out browser add-on. We honor browser-based privacy controls, such as Global Privacy Control, where required by applicable law.
